Our mission is to educate and show how a healthy lifestyle promotes a better a quality of life. Most people are not satisfied with their health but do not know where to start or are too intimidated by gyms and the fees of a personal trainer to get started on their own. Mid South 5 Fitness will teach you how to start, maintain, and motivate others to a new healthy lifestyle. We will offer private personal training and small group training. You will always feel personable with your private trainer and confident in knowing that you have someone guiding you the whole way. We will offer youth training as well. Our community is only as strong as the load the next generation can carry. We must teach them early to appreciate proper nutrition and the benefits of staying active. Our motto is "Keeping the community fit" and we will do just that!
